Robert Half Financial Services Group specialized in placing highly qualified finance and banking professionals – on a temporary or permanent basis.

Conduct of Business:
- To process detailed analysis of automated reports and thanks to investigations in the systems and with concerned actors, dealers, fund managers,... to assess if alerts are confirmed issues or not.
- To produce management reports of the confirmed breaches as well as activity report.
- To follow up the resolution of the breaches and to propose action plans to avoid recurrence of the issues.
- Monitoring is performed globally whatever the location where the activities are performed. Examples of the monitoring are: fair trading execution, excessive trading, timely execution...
- To coordinate the monitoring with the other Investment Monitoring locations

NAV Control:
-To compare, on a daily basis, the performances of the NAVs calculated by the administrative agent and the benchmark.
-To analyse discrepancies and potential errors; to determine needed actions to avoid recurrence; to organise needed corrections.

Investment Monitoring Plan
- To participate with colleagues of the Investment Monitoring team in the full and effective implementation of the Plan, as well as in its development.
